The course is very similar to the Online Mineral Chain of Title course but deals with an irregular tract of
land in Oklahoma.
The student will learn how documents are used from the County Clerk’s Office, County Assessor’s
Office and the County Treasurer’s Office.
The student will see how to create the chain of title from actual scanned documents and how to create
the final ownership report.
This course is a must for those contemplating entering into the Right-of-Way Industry. It is included
with the Combined Right-of-Way Essentials course and is also available as a stand-alone course.
